But Garmin is also introducing significant improvements with this new series as an intuitive technology, faster satellite lock, a redesigned screen with more information, maps of land and an exciting new photo navigation feature provides.
The nüvi 2×5 models sport the slim design that Garmin introduced with the 200 series
last year, so they all fit comfortably in your pocket or purse, and a lithium-ion battery, which makes navigation easy by car or on foot. All models are useful tools like a JPEG photo viewer Travel, a travel clock with time zones, currency converter, measurement converter, calculator and more.
p> Important information: This unit has a screen lock “feature. It is a standard feature on all Garmin nüvi 2×5 and 7×5. When you push the button” Power ” right, it crashes the screen and prevent inadvertent touches. Once the screen lock function is activated, the screen will save black / gray after about 15 seconds to turn the camera. To unlock the screen, then slide the power button in the middle position. This feature is really for “pedestrians”, so that targeted a user can configure the device in his pocket / purse and quickly unlock the screen instead of on / off times.
